The Pros:Attractive design looks powerful and impressive. Setup is as easy as plugging it in, works anywhere. Controls are very simple, don't need in-depth instruction for it.
The Cons:Very heavy and bulky, not easy to carry from one place to another. No AUX input for devices other than the iPod.
The MHC-EC79i is a mid-range shelf system and iPod dock from Sony. It is essentially a higher-power version of the MHC-EC69i, with 380 W total output rather than 100 W. The EC79i's speakers employ a 3-way, 3-driver system, and contain most of the unit's design and performance upgrades over the EC69i.
