Product Shot 1 The Pros:Speakers capable of outputting a respectable volume, good in a medium-sized room. Drives high-impedance headphones with ease, outputs a clear and well-defined signal. Sound through the speakers is bright and crisp, good clarity.

The Cons:Disc changer is delicate, prone to jamming. Makes a lot of noise when it changes the discs. Can't turn the volume up past half-way or distortion becomes apparent.

Onkyo produces the MC35TECH as a basic, though powerful shelf system media player. Classified as a mini system, this unit is equipped with Wide Range Amplifier Technology (WRAT). The 3-disc CD changer produces high-quality sound supported by single-bit AccuPulse D/A  converter.

  The MC35TECH provides 2 speakers with 2-Way Bass Reflex, a 4 3/4” Cone Woofer and 1” Soft-Dome Tweeter and a max power of 70 watts. Features are limited on this model, compared to Onkyo alternatives, however this model supports Remote Interactive which allows for the integration of compatible components to be controlled through a single remote. Lastly, 2 Digital Optical outputs and an Analog output are installed.
