JVC MX-KC38

$180.00 Released May, 2006

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Has a great look, seems powerful and formidable before you even turn it on. Will work wherever you set it down, don't have to position it any place special to create powerful bass. Loud enough output for gyms and most rooms in a house.

The Cons:Not high-fidelity, will disappoint audiophiles with an overly "boomy" bass and washed-out upper range. Lights will often continue to cycle when not being used, won't turn off unless unplugged.

The JVC MX-KC38 has less features than some of the other products offered by JVC America but it also has a price that is more affordable on your average person's paycheck.  Playing WMA/MP3 and offering a stage dock for an iPod, the JVC MK-KC38 offers flexibility to make up for its 1-CD at a time player.
