Denon DCM-290
$250.00
Released January, 2001
The Pros:Denon is a known quality audio electronics manufacturer. Can hold up to 5 CDs. Affordable.
The Cons:Older design can't match what is available today for the same price. Slow to change discs and no command queuing for multiple disc changes. Not up to Denon's usual standards of quality.
The Denon DCM-290 is a 5 disc changer that can play CD, CD-R, and even CD-RW. It is an older product, built in the beginning of the century, so it cannot match the newer products available out on the market in terms of features, capabilities or out of the box price.

It does have some products that are compatible with it, such some of Denon's iPod docks. Since the Denon DCM-290 is an older product, it can be purchased used for about half of its original cost. It comes with an IR remote control and has coaxial optical output.
